KRS 304.19-010: Scope of KRS 304.19-020 to 304.19-140.

All life insurance and all health insurance in connection with loans or other credit

transactions shall be subject to the provisions of KRS 304.19 -020 to 304.19 -140, except

health insurance in connection with a loan or other credit transaction of more than five

(5) years' duration or life insurance in connection with a loan or other credit transaction

of more than ten (10) years' duration; nor shall insurance be subject to KRS 304.19 -020

to 304.19-140, where the issuance of such insurance is an isolated tra nsaction on the part

of the insurer not related to an agreement or a plan for insuring debtors of the creditor.
