KRS 304.19-208: Required filings with commissioner.

With respect to credit personal property insurance delivered or issued for delivery in this

state, all of the following shall be filed with the commissioner:

(1) All policies, certificates, plans, and contracts, including endorsements and riders;

(2) Group and individual applications for insurance;

(3) Enrollment forms; and

(4) Schedules of premiums rates.
