KRS 304.2-040: Official seal.

(1) The Department of Insurance shall have an official seal, in the form and design as

so in use and on file in the office of the Secretary of State immediately prior to June

18, 1970.

(2) Every certificate or license issued by the commissioner shall bear the seal of the

department.
