KRS 304.2-190: Publications -- Sale.

(1) The commissioner may have the directory of authorized insurers, of licensed

insurance representatives, license examination material, insurance laws and related

laws and regulations under his or her administration published in pamphlet form

from time to tim e, and may fix a price for each copy not to exceed one hundred

twenty-five percent (125%) of cost.

(2) The commissioner shall account for and deposit all moneys so received in the

manner provided under KRS 304.4-020.
