KRS 304.2-370: Appeal from the commissioner.

Where this section sits in the code

(1) An appeal from the commissioner shall be taken only from a final order on hearing

and in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B.

(2) The appeal shall be granted as a matter of right, and shall be taken to the Franklin

Circuit Court.
