KRS 304.20-070: Check endorsement not to act as release from further liability.

No language appearing on a check or draft representing payment by an insurer under an

automobile liability insurance policy shall release the insurer from liability for personal

injury claims, notwithstanding any signatures which appear on the check or draft.
