KRS 304.20-180: Intentional refusal or failure to provide information prohibited.

(1) No person, insurer or authorized agency shall intentionally or knowingly refuse to

release any information requested pursuant to KRS 304.20-160(1) or (3).

(2) No person or insurer shall intentionally or knowingly refuse or fail to provide

authorized agencies relevant information pursuant to KRS 304.20-160(2).

(3) No person or insurer shall fail to hold in confidence information required to be held

in confidence by KRS 304.20-170.
