KRS 304.20-240: Application of KRS 304.20-200 to 304.20-250.

KRS 304.20 -200 to 304.20 -250 shall apply to all policies of fire insurance, excluding

policies on single -family dwellings, delivered, issued for delivery, or renewed after July

15, 1980. Each insurer authorized to do business in this state shall notify it s insureds of

the provisions of KRS 304.20 -200 to 304.20-250 upon issuance or renewal of policies of

fire insurance covering real estate located in this state.
