KRS 304.24-030: Applicability of general corporation statutes.

Domestic stock, combined stock and mutual life, or mutual insurers shall be governed by

the applicable provisions of the general statutes of this state relating to private

corporations organized for profit, as such statutes are now or hereafter may be

constituted, except where such general statutes are in conflict with the express provisions

of this subtitle and the reasonable implications thereof, and in which case the provisions

of this subtitle shall govern.
