KRS 304.3-241: Accounting practices and procedures for annual and quarterly

statements. The annual statement and quarterly statements required by KRS 304.3 -240 shall be completed in accordance with accounting practices and procedures which meet or exceed the accounting practices and procedures established by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
