KRS 304.3-330: Reports of past -due loans and loans in foreclosure to early warning

    (1) Loans that are more than ninety (90) days past due shall be reported in writing by a

    domestic insurer to the early warning analyst created in KRS 304.2-065.

    (2) Loans in foreclosure shall be reported to the early warning analyst in writing by a

    domestic insurer when the foreclosure action is initiated.
