KRS 304.3-425: Compliance date.

Controlled insurers and controlling producers which are not in compliance with KRS

304.3-410 on July 14, 1992, shall have sixty (60) days after July 14, 1992, to comply, and

shall comply with KRS 304.3 -415 beginning with all policies written or renewed on or

after sixty (60) days after July 14, 1992.
