KRS 304.32-155: Payment of claims.

Corporations subject to this subtitle shall be required to honor all legitimate claims

presented by their members and subscribers who have incurred claims in any private

hospital with acute care in the State of Kentucky, as long as the hospital is duly lic ensed

and certified by the State of Kentucky.
