KRS 304.32-159: Policy covering services performed by dentist deemed to cover such

services performed by physician.

Any policy, contract or plan issued in this state by a nonprofit hospital, medical -surgical,

dental and health service corporation which provides co verage for services which can be

lawfully performed within the scope of the license of a duly licensed dentist, shall be

deemed to provide benefits for such services whether performed by a duly licensed

physician or a duly licensed dentist.
