KRS 304.33-060: Costs and expenses of litigation.

In any proceeding under this subtitle in which the receiver is the prevailing party, the

court shall award the receiver, in addition to such other relief as may be appropriate, all

costs and expenses, including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees incurred in pursuing that

litigation, without regard to the limitations otherwise prescribed by law.
