KRS 304.38-140: Rehabilitation, liquidation, or conservation of health maintenance

organization.

Any rehabilitation or liquidation of a health maintenance organization shall be conducted

under the supervision of the commissioner pursuant to and in accordance with Subtitle 33

of Chapter 304 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes.
