KRS 304.38-185: Coordination of benefits.

In his or her discretion, the commissioner may include health maintenance organizations

or designated types of health maintenance organizations doing business pursuant to this

subtitle in coordination of benefits guidelines prescribed pursuant to KRS 304.18-085.
