KRS 304.47-057: Publication of annual insurance fraud report on department's website.

Notwithstanding KRS 304.47-055, the commissioner shall publish for public distribution

on the department's website an annual insurance fraud report that includes but is not

limited to the following for the previous calendar year:

(1) The number of insurance fraud reports made to the division;

(2) The number and total dollar amount of cases or claims reported by the division

under KRS 304.47-050 for prosecution; and

(3) The number of cases or claims reported by the division under KRS 304.47 -050 that

were prosecuted and the outcome of the prosecutions.
