KRS 304.48-120: Appointment of Secretary of State as attorney to receive legal process.

Any liability self-insurance group accepting a certificate of filing pursuant to this subtitle

is deemed to have appointed the Secretary of State as its attorney to receive service of

legal process issued against it in Kentucky. This appointment shall be i rrevocable, shall

bind any successor in interest, and shall remain in effect as long as there is in this state

any professional or public liabilities.
