KRS 304.48-180: Filing of rates, underwriting guidelines, evidence of coverage, and

charges -- Filing fee.

Liability self-insurance groups shall file with the commissioner their rates, underwriting

guidelines, evidence of coverage, and any changes therein in accor dance with KRS

304.13-051 and 304.14 -120 and administrative regulations promulgated thereunder. The

filing shall be accompanied by a filing fee of five dollars ($5) per filing.
