KRS 304.48-230: Authority for administrative regulations for subtitle.

The commissioner may promulgate reasonable administrative regulations not inconsistent

with the provisions of this subtitle that the commissioner deems necessary for the proper

administration of this subtitle. Nothing in this subtitle nor any administrativ e regulation

adopted under the authority of this subtitle shall require any liability self -insurance group

formed by public entities or its members, to take any action in violation of the

Constitution of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
