KRS 304.49-090: Applicability of Subtitles 2 and 3 to captive insurers.

Insurers holding a certificate of authority issued under this subtitle shall be subject to the

provisions of Subtitles 2 and 3 of this chapter to the extent applicable and not in conflict

with the expressed provisions of this subtitle.
