KRS 304.49-224: Minimum standards for special purpose and agency captive insurers to

be set by administrative regulations.

The commissioner may promulgate administrative regulations to set minimum standards

for the formation, structure, examination, and operation of a special purpose captive

insurer or an agency captive insurer.
