KRS 304.50-070: Agent of workers' compensation self -insured group -- License required

-- Appointment of agent optional.

(1) An agent of a workers' compensation self -insured group shall be licensed as an

agent with casualty line of authority in accordance with Subtitle 9 of this chapter.

(2) Workers' compensation self-insured groups shall not be required to appoint agents.
