KRS 304.50-105: Conflict-of-interest policy.

The board of trustees of each workers' compensation self -insured group shall establish a

formal conflict-of-interest policy or code of conduct applicable to the board of trustees,

officers, and employees that includes a description of the system used to mo nitor

compliance with the conflict-of-interest policy or code of conduct.
