KRS 304.6-141: Accident and health insurance contracts issued on or after the operative

date of the valuation manual -- Application of KRS 304.6 -130(2) minimum

standard of valuation.

(1) For accident and health insurance contracts issued on or after the operativ e date of

the valuation manual, the standard prescribed in the valuation manual is the

minimum standard of valuation required by KRS 304.6-130(2).

(2) For disability, accident and sickness, and accident and health insurance contracts

issued on or after Jun e 18, 1970, but prior to the operative date of the valuation

manual, the minimum standard of valuation shall be the standard adopted by the

commissioner through administrative regulation.
