KRS 304.8-030: Assets eligible for deposit.

Kinds of assets may be deposited by an insurer as follows:

(1) Title to unencumbered real property lawfully acquired and held by the insurer under

this code.

(2) Lawful money of the United States, and other securities of kinds in which the

insurer may lawfully invest its funds under this code.
