KRS 304.99-025: Penalty.

If any consultant or agent is found by the commissioner, after a hearing, to be in violation

of KRS 304.9 -350, the commissioner may, in addition to any applicable suspension,

revocation, or refusal to continue the consultant's or agent's license, impose a fine in the

amount of the consultant's or agent's fees or commissions associated with the sale of the

product which is the subject of the violation.
