KRS 304.99-120: Penalties for violation of Subtitle 13.

The commissioner may, if he or she finds that any person or organization has violated any

provision of Subtitle 13, impose a penalty of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000)

for each violation, but if the commissioner finds such violation to be willf ul he or she

may impose a penalty of not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000) for each such

violation. Such penalties may be in addition to any other penalties provided by law.
