KRS 309.087: Application for reinstatement of revoked license, certificate, or

registration.

A person whose license, certificate, or registration has been revoked may apply for

reinstatement, no earlier than one (1) year from the date of revocation, in accordance with

administrative regulations promulgated by the board.
