KRS 309.089: Additional penalties for licensees, certificate holders, or registrants.

In addition to the sanctions set out in KRS 309.086, the board may impose the following

sanctions on licensees, certificate holders, or registrants who violate the provisions of

KRS 309.080 to 309.089 or administrative regulations promulgated pursuant to t hose

sections:

(1) Suspend a license, certificate, or registration for a period of up to five (5) years; and

(2) Impose a fine of up to one thousand dollars ($1,000).
