KRS 309.1399: Penalty.

Where this section sits in the code

Any person who violates or aids in the violation of the provisions of KRS 309.130 to

309.1399 shall upon conviction be fined not less than five hundred dollars ($500) nor

more than one thousand dollars ($1,000).
