KRS 310.080: Licensure and certification until July 15, 1995, of applicants certified

under prior law.

For a period of one (1) year from July 15, 1994, the board shall issue a license to an

applicant who is currently certified as a dietitian and a certificate to a n applicant who is

currently certified as a nutritionist.
