KRS 311.1963: Family of donor not financially liable for cost of evaluation of donor

organ suitability or retrieval of organ.

The family of any individual whose organ is donated for transplantation shall not be

financially liable for any cost related to the evalua tion of donor organ suitability and any

cost of retrieval of the organ.
