KRS 311.300: Professor of medical college may procure dead bodies.

The professor of any medical college or school incorporated in this state that has executed

the required bond may procure the unclaimed body of any person who dies in this state, in

order that the professors and students of the college may dissect and exam ine it for the

advancement of science.
