KRS 311.545: Contract with other state agencies -- Records -- Annual report to

Governor.

The State Board of Medical Licensure may utilize such materials, services or facilities as

may be made available to it by other state agencies or may contract therefor, to such

extent or degree as the board, in its discretion, may determine. It shall keep accurate

records of its activities, reporting annually to the Governor.
