KRS 311.880: Out-of-state applicants.

The board may grant a certificate to any person who is licensed, certified, or registered

and in good standing in another state that has standards at least as stringent as those

required in KRS 311.878. Applicants who are not from a state that has standard s at least

as stringent as those required in KRS 311.878 may request a waiver under KRS 311.878

on the grounds that their experience and education meet the criteria equivalent to the

requirements of KRS 311.878.
