KRS 311.884: Fees for use in administering provisions of KRS 311.864 to 311.890.

Fees received by the board under the provisions of KRS 311.864 to 311.890 shall be

deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of a trust and agency fund and may be

appropriated by the General Assembly for the use of the board in defraying the cost of

administering the provisions of KRS 311.864 to 311.890. No part of this fund shall revert

to the general fund of this Commonwealth.
