KRS 311.928: Limitation on construction of KRS 311.900 to 311.928.

No provision of KRS 311.900 to 311.928 shall be construed so as to limit or prevent any

person duly licensed or certified under the laws of this state from practicing the

profession for which he was licensed or certified.
