KRS 311B.080: Board to recognize and enforce national standards.

The board shall recognize and enforce the current rules and regulations, practice

standards, scopes of practice, and ethical standards for the nationally recognized

professional organizations and certifying bodies for technologists and therapists regulated

by this chapter.
