KRS 311B.120: Board to set fees and penalties by administrative regulation.

The board shall, through the promulgation of administrative regulations, set appropriate

fees and penalties for:

(1) The application process;

(2) Verification of qualifications;

(3) Issuance and renewal of licenses for advanced imaging professionals, medic al

imaging technologists, radiographers, radiation therapists, nuclear medicine

technologists, and limited X-ray machine operators;

(4) Duplicate licenses;

(5) Home study courses for limited X-ray machine operators;

(6) Late renewals or reinstatements;

(7) Violations;

(8) Checks issued on accounts with insufficient funds; and

(9) Any other actions as deemed appropriate by the board.
