KRS 311B.190: Penalties to be determined by board.

Any person who fails to comply with any provisions of this chapter, any administrative

regulations promulgated under this chapter, or any valid order of the board shall be fined

a reasonable amount as determined by the board through the promulgation of

administrative regulations. Each day of violation or noncompliance shall constitute a

separate offense.
