KRS 312.055: Officers of board -- Salary of executive secretary -- Compensation of board

members.

(1) The board shall elect from its members a president, vice -president, and a secretary

or an executive secretary. The executive secretary shall receive an annual sal ary to

be established by the board by promulgation of administrative regulations.

(2) Each member of the board shall receive his necessary traveling expenses and

members other than the executive secretary shall receive a per diem not to exceed

one hundred dollars ($100) for each day they actually spend in the discharge of their

official duties.
