KRS 314.095: Licensees, credentialed holders, privilege holders, and applicants to

cooperate with investigation.

A licensee, credentialed holder, privilege holder, or applicant who is the subject of an

investigation by or on behalf of the board shall cooperate ful ly with the investigation,

including responding to a complaint or lawful request for information in a materially

factual and timely manner.
