KRS 314.416: Severability of invalid provisions or applications.

If any provision of KRS 314.400 to 314.414 or the application thereof to any person or

circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or

applications of KRS 314.400 to 314.414 that can be given effect without the invalid

provision or application, and to this end the provisions of KRS 314.400 to 314.414 are

severable.
