KRS 315.505: Administrative regulations to effectuate authority granted in KRS

315.500(1).

The Kentucky Board of Pharmacy may promulgate administrative regulations in

accordance with KRS Chapter 13A to allow pharmacists to effectuate the authority

granted in KRS 315.500(1).
