KRS 317.991: Penalties.

Where this section sits in the code

(1) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class A

misdemeanor;

(2) Any person who violates any rule or regulation lawfully adopted by the board under

the authority contained in this chapter shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.
