KRS 318.990: Penalties.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any regulation adopted

hereunder or any provision of the State Plumbing Code shall be fined not less than ten

dollars ($10) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100) or imprisoned for not more than

ninety (90) days or both for each offense. Each day the violation continues shall constitute

a separate offense.
