KRS 319A.040: Meetings -- Quorum -- Officers.

The board shall meet at least annually and may meet at such other times as necessary to

complete the business required. A majority of the members of the board shall constitute a

quorum for the transaction of business. Annually the board shall elect from it s

membership a chairman, a vice chairman, and a secretary to serve for one (1) year terms.
