KRS 319B.070: Licensee to provide care or services only upon order from licensed health

care practitioner, physician, or advanced practice registered nurse.

A licensee may provide care or services only if the care or services are provided pursuant

to an order from:

(1) A licensed health care practitioner authorized to issue such an order; or

(2) A physician licensed under KRS Chapter 311 or an advanced practice registered

nurse licensed under KRS Chapter 314, if the care or services are eligible for

reimbursement from Medicare, Medicaid, or health insurance.
